Terms of Service

By accessing or using Let's Review ("the Service"), operated at letsreview.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Let's Review is a creative review platform that allows users to upload files (images, videos, PDFs), generate shareable review links, and collect feedback from clients and collaborators. Reviewers can leave pinned comments and approve or request changes — no account required.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and serve your files solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and must ensure you have the necessary rights to share it. You must not upload content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful.

When you generate a share link, anyone with that link can view the associated project and leave feedback. You are responsible for managing who you share links with. Reviewer names are self-reported and not verified.

The Service offers a free tier with limited features and paid plans with expanded capabilities. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Projects created without an account ("anonymous projects") expire automatically after 14 days. Anonymous projects and their associated files are permanently deleted upon expiry. We are not responsible for data loss from expired anonymous projects.

You agree not to:

• Upload malicious files or attempt to exploit the Service
• Use the Service to distribute spam or unsolicited content
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, storage limits, or plan restrictions
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service infrastructure
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity

The Service, its design, code, branding, and documentation are owned by Let's Review. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger Zone. Deletion permanently removes your account, all projects, uploaded files, and cancels any active subscription. This action cannot be undone.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the applicable Canadian jurisdiction.
